NO-SHOW AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

When you schedule an appointment with us, we want you to have the very best experience and the complete allotted amount of time for your service. We try our best to keep every appointment on time for our providers and all patients. Given our commitment to this, we ask for the same respect to be given to our time. 

Please be aware that if you no-show to your appointment you will be charged $150. If you cancel with less than 24 hrs of notice from the time of your appointment you will be charged $50
